Members and non-members, as well as experts and development partners within and outside Nigeria, are invited to submit well-researched papers. All submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Required Manuscript Structure

Papers must follow the standard APA bibliography style, with the abstract strictly capped at 200 words. The full body must contain the following components:

5. Conclusion & Recs
6. References (APA)
📢 Peer Review Selection: Excellent papers will be selected for official publication in the peer-reviewed ADAN Journal of Agriculture following the conference evaluation.
💵 Processing Fee & Email Submission: A processing and publication fee of ₦5,000.00 per manuscript is required and must be paid in full with registration. Email your manuscript and payment receipt as an attachment to adangardencity2026@gmail.com. Submissions without payment confirmation will not be processed.

PowerPoint Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers must register in full and prepare PowerPoint slides for technical presentations. Multimedia projectors are provided at the CBN Auditorium. prepared slides must be sent before the conference starts. Presentation by proxy is not allowed.

Refund Policy

We maintain a transparent policy: Where a paper is rejected after scientific review, the author is entitled to a 50% refund, while the remaining 50% balance is retained by the technical committee to cover review and administrative costs.
